Website orders
On the Pro and Business plans your restaurant gets its own ordering website. We set it up and give you its Website URL and Connection password. The till then publishes your menu to it and takes its orders in.
Connect the till
- Open Settings → Online orders.
- Type the Website URL and Connection password we sent you, tick Accept online orders and press Save.
- Press Publish menu to website. Your dishes, prices and photos appear on the site.
Set Publish the menu to the website by itself to Yes — by itself if you want every menu change to go live without pressing Publish.
How orders arrive
- The till checks for new orders every 10 seconds. Each one lands on Live Orders as a Delivery order and its kitchen ticket prints.
- The bill prints when you press Send out or Assign rider.
- Check for orders now checks straight away. The card also shows the last check, the orders received and any problems.
The ordering website is available in Pakistan today.
