Competitor Analysis Services With a Source Behind Every Finding
A competitor analysis tells you how your competitors win business: what they charge, how they describe themselves, which searches they rank for, which ads they run, what their customers praise and complain about, and where they are weak.
Our research agent reads their websites, reviews, ads and public records and logs a source for every fact. Our search agent pulls their rankings and paid keywords from Ahrefs. Haider Ali checks the findings, removes anything that cannot be backed up, and writes the conclusions: what to copy, what to avoid, and where the openings are.
This is for you if
- ✓You are losing deals to a competitor and want to know what they do differently
- ✓You are setting prices, launching a product or entering a new market
- ✓You want to know which searches and ads your competitors are winning
- ✓You need a clear brief before spending on SEO, ads or a new website
This is probably not for you if
- ✕You want information that is not public, such as a competitor's internal figures or private quotes. We use public sources only and will not pose as a customer.
We would rather tell you now than take the project and disappoint you.
Worth knowing: AI research tools are fast and sometimes confidently wrong. They will quote a competitor's price from a page that changed a year ago, or describe a feature that does not exist. Every claim in our report links to its source and carries the date we checked it, so you can verify anything before acting on it.

How we keep it honest
- Public sources only: websites, reviews, ad libraries, press, job listings, public filings and search data.
- No posing as a customer, no quote requests under false pretenses, and nothing behind a login.
- Search traffic figures come from Ahrefs and are labeled as estimates, because that is what they are.
- Anything we could not verify is marked as unverified or left out.

Questions
How much do competitor analysis services cost?
A report on up to three competitors starts at $490. Each additional competitor adds $120. A quarterly refresh costs less than the first report, because the sources are already mapped.
Is the research done by AI?
Much of the collecting is: AI agents read websites, reviews and ad libraries far faster than a person can. A person checks every finding against its source and writes the conclusions. Nothing goes in the report without a source.
Which competitors should we look at?
The ones you lose deals to, plus the ones that appear when your customers search. They are often not the same businesses, and the second group is the one most owners overlook.
What happens after the report?
You can act on it yourself, or we can: most findings lead to SEO, content, ads or website changes we also offer. The report is yours either way.
How current is the information?
Every finding carries the date we checked it. Prices and ads change often, so in fast-moving markets a quarterly refresh is worth considering.
