Web design and AI development, built all the way through.

Most websites are a nice surface on a weak frame: slow, hard for Google to read, painful to change. I’m Haider Ali. I design the part your customers see, build the structure underneath, and measure both, so you don’t have to take my word for it.

A homepage concept for your business in 48 hours. Free, no strings attached.

Fig. 1, explained

A website looks like one thing.

Visitors see a single page. Under it sit four more layers that decide whether it loads fast, gets found, gets quoted by AI and stays up. Keep scrolling and I’ll take this one apart.

Layer 1 of 5 · Surface

What visitors see

Layout, type and words designed for the customers you want, not a theme with your logo dropped in. It has one job: get the right visitor to call or book.

On this pageDesigned and coded by hand. No theme, no page builder.

Layer 2 of 5 · Structure

What Google reads

A clear heading outline, structured data that says who you are and what you offer, and one canonical address for every page. Google can only rank what it can read, and this is the part it reads.

Measured on this pageA heading outline, structured data, a canonical URL.

Layer 3 of 5 · Speed

How fast it arrives

Static HTML from a server near the visitor, compressed images, no pile of plugins. People leave slow pages before they see them, so speed is measured, not promised.

Measured on this pageTimed in your browser as this page loads.

Layer 4 of 5 · Answers

What AI can quote

ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google’s AI answers quote pages they can parse and trust: a plain-text summary of the site, linked public profiles, facts stated plainly. This layer is new, and I build it in from the start.

Measured on this pageA plain-text llms.txt and linked public profiles.

Layer 5 of 5 · Foundation

What holds it up

Hosting on a global edge network, HTTPS everywhere, every change kept in version control, and code that belongs to you. The oak in Pixel & Oak.

Measured on this pageStatic HTML on Cloudflare’s edge, HTTPS only.

All five layers

Built all the way through.

Five layers, one build, one fixed price. You get all of them, not just the surface.

What clients said

“He doesn’t just execute instructions — he thinks like a technical architect, SEO strategist, and product designer at the same time.”

Haider is exceptional. He doesn’t just execute instructions — he thinks like a technical architect, SEO strategist, and product designer at the same time.

What impressed me most was his ability to anticipate problems before they became problems. He didn’t blindly follow the scope; he identified UX issues, SEO risks, technical gaps, security concerns, and patient-experience problems, then explained the tradeoffs clearly before making recommendations.

He moved incredibly fast without sacrificing quality. What was originally scoped as a 5–7 week timeline was executed at an extraordinary pace, while still producing a robust production infrastructure, automated deployment pipeline, migration plan, rollback process, SEO foundation, AI-crawler accessibility, performance optimization, and a clean launch.

He is the rare developer who understands the business behind the code. He consistently asked, “What happens to the user?” and “What happens at scale?” rather than simply asking whether something technically works.

Communication was excellent, execution was excellent, and his attention to detail was exceptional. He also challenged my assumptions when he saw a better path — and importantly, he explained why.

I would absolutely work with Haider again. If you want someone who can take ownership, think several steps ahead, move fast, and build things properly, hire him.

10/10. Highly recommended

“Working with Haider and his team was an incredible experience. The process was fast, easy, and completely stress-free. They took my ideas and turned them into a professional, modern website that looks great and is easy for my customers to navigate. I couldn’t be happier with the final result and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to build a great website!”

Patrick L. · OwnerShopify · August 2026 · Verified testimonial on Upwork

“Haider is an outstanding web developer and programmer. I hired him for a full-stack project that needed clean, modern frontend work plus solid backend logic, and he delivered everything faster than expected without sacrificing quality. His code is clean, well-structured, and easy to maintain. He handled both the UI and the programming side with real skill, and the site performs smoothly. Best of all, the first web app he built for us is already converting leads. Communication was clear and professional the entire time, and he consistently met (and often beat) every deadline. If you need someone who can move quickly while still writing high-quality web code, Haider is the one to hire. Highly recommended — in fact, our team prefers to work exclusively with Haider if possible.”

Golfers design their own towel in the browser: upload a logo, place text, choose colours. Every order on the store goes through that designer, and each one reaches production as a print-ready file.

AI search visibility and county pages

A 12-county telehealth practice

The practice wanted to be the answer when people ask ChatGPT or Google about care in their county. I built the county pages and the structured data that identifies the doctor and the practice, then proved that every AI crawler receives exactly the page a person does.

    One fixed price

Scope, price and timeline agreed in writing before the build begins. No retainers.

  4. Every week

    A link you can click

The site is built on a private preview link, so you watch it come together and comment as it does.

Who you will be working with

I’m Haider Ali. I have built for the web since 2017: freelance projects for small businesses first, then in-house developer roles with e-commerce and consulting teams. Pixel & Oak is how I work now. The person who designs your site writes the code, answers your email and launches it.

I run 36 production sites, my own and clients’, so most problems you could hit I have already hit, measured and fixed. I will also tell you when something is not worth building. I would rather lose a week of billing than sell you pages nobody will find.
