Core, theme and plugin updates, daily off-site backups, uptime monitoring, security scanning and hardening, a set number of edit hours, emergency response and a monthly report. Growth and Commerce add staging-tested updates and Core Web Vitals checks. A package without off-site backups and someone checking the updates is missing the parts that matter.
One hour on Essential, three on Growth, and six hours of development time on Commerce, for content edits and small changes. Hours do not roll over, because the package covers ongoing upkeep rather than banking time for a redesign. Larger jobs are quoted separately at a fixed price.
No. Any provider offering unlimited rollover is either not tracking it or has priced the rollover into your monthly fee. If you have a larger project, such as a new section or a redesign, we quote it separately at a fixed price so you know the cost before we start.
Yes. Several sites on one account are usually cheaper per site, because much of the setup and monitoring work is per account rather than per site. Tell us how many sites you have and what they do, and we will quote one fixed monthly price for the lot.
The site is down, the checkout is broken, malware is detected, or anything else is stopping customers from doing business with you. Response is included in every package at no extra charge. On Commerce, emergency response is within 2 hours, with a direct line and no ticket queue.
A short plain-English summary: which updates ran, which we held back and why, backup status, uptime for the month, security scan results, any edits done, and anything that needs a decision from you. Growth and Commerce reports also cover Core Web Vitals. It is meant to be read in two minutes, not filed away.
We start with an onboarding audit: access and logins, the plugin list and any abandoned plugins, the backup setup, the PHP version, and security and speed baselines. If the audit finds something that has to be fixed before the site can be maintained safely, you get a fixed quote first. Then the monthly routine starts.
Tell us any time. Packages are month to month, so a cancellation takes effect from the next billing cycle. There is no cancellation fee and no penalty for downgrading during a quiet quarter, and we hand over your backups on the way out at no charge.
