Worth knowing. Live receptionists only: Ruby says an AI receptionist answering calls on its own is not how it works. Overage rates are not published, and its FAQ suggests asking what costs extra (holiday coverage, bilingual answering, scheduling, integrations, setup). Describes its receptionists as HIPAA-compliant; no BAA mentioned.
