Email Marketing and Automation, Set Up Properly Once and Written Every Month
Email is one of the few channels where you own the audience: no platform decides which of your customers see your message. Most of its value sits in automated emails that run every day without anyone pressing send, such as the welcome series, abandoned cart, post-purchase and win-back flows. They are also the part most businesses never set up properly.
We build those flows in the platform you already use, connect them to your store or CRM, and then plan and write a monthly campaign calendar. Our writing agent drafts the emails from your products and customer questions, our automation agent wires up the triggers and data, and Haider Ali edits and approves every email before it sends.
This is for you if
- ✓You have a list but only email it when someone remembers to
- ✓You run a store with no abandoned-cart or welcome emails, or ones set up years ago
- ✓Your emails land in spam or promotions and you do not know why
- ✓Leads come in and nobody follows up for days
This is probably not for you if
- ✕You want to email people who never signed up. We do not send cold email or use bought lists.
We would rather tell you now than take the project and disappoint you.
Worth knowing: Open rates stopped meaning much in 2021, when Apple Mail began loading every email's images automatically, which counts as an open whether or not anyone read it. We judge emails on clicks, orders and replies instead, and on whether people unsubscribe or mark you as spam.
What you get
Core automated flows
Welcome, abandoned cart, browse abandonment, post-purchase and win-back, or a lead nurture sequence for service businesses.
Deliverability setup
SPF, DKIM and DMARC on your domain, one-click unsubscribe, and the sender rules Gmail and Yahoo enforce for bulk senders.
Segments that mean something
Customers grouped by what they bought, when, and how engaged they are, so not everyone gets every email.
A monthly campaign calendar
Newsletters, launches and offers planned around your year, drafted ahead and sent after your approval.
Signup forms
Forms and pop-ups that ask at a sensible moment, with consent recorded properly.
Reporting on what matters
Revenue, clicks, replies, unsubscribes and spam complaints for every email and flow.
The flows worth building first
- Welcome series — Three to five emails after someone signs up, while they are paying the most attention.
- Abandoned cart and checkout — Reminders to people who started buying and stopped, usually the highest-earning flow for a store.
- Post-purchase — Delivery details, how to get the most from the product, then a review request and a reason to come back.
- Lead nurture — For service businesses: useful emails after an inquiry, so you are remembered when they are ready to buy.
- Win-back — A last attempt to re-engage lapsed customers, then removing the ones who never respond, which protects your deliverability.
Rules we follow
- Only people who opted in get marketing email. No bought lists, no scraped addresses, no cold outreach.
- Every email carries a working unsubscribe link and your postal address, as the US CAN-SPAM Act requires.
- Every price, date and promise in an AI draft is checked by a person before it sends.

Questions
How much does email marketing cost?
Setting up the core automated flows starts at $1,500, including writing, design and deliverability checks. Monthly campaigns start at $800 a month for up to four emails. Your email platform's subscription is billed to you directly.
Do you write the emails with AI?
Our writing agent drafts them from your products, reviews and customer questions. A person edits every email and checks each price, date and claim before you approve it.
Which email platform should we use?
Klaviyo for most online stores, because of its ecommerce data. Mailchimp, Brevo or Kit for simpler newsletters. HubSpot when your sales team already works there. If your current platform does the job, we stay in it.
Why do our emails go to spam?
Usually one of three things: missing SPF, DKIM or DMARC records on your domain, emailing people who never engage, or a sudden jump in volume. We check all three first, because no amount of good copy fixes an email nobody receives.
Is this the same as your n8n automation service?
No. That service automates internal work, such as moving data between systems. This one is marketing email to your customers. We use n8n here only when your email platform needs data it cannot get on its own.
