The challenge
Material calculators are a crowded space where most results are a bare number with no way to tell whether it is right. Anything an AI answer box can restate in a sentence stops earning the click, so a new site needed to do something a paragraph cannot.
What we built
Each calculator renders a scale drawing from the values entered, so a stair that looks like a ladder on screen is one that will feel like it. The stair tool enforces IRC R311.7 riser and tread limits and proposes the fix; the rebar tool applies ACI 318 cover and lap-splice rules. Quantities import straight into the estimate builder, which produces a client-ready PDF.
