Worth knowing. Billed per call, not per minute. Smith.ai states it is not HIPAA-compliant and cannot handle protected health information. Add-ons are priced per call: a Spanish line $1.00, appointment booking $1.50, payment collection $1.00. AI calls can be handed to a live receptionist.
