Free AI visibility audit: what ChatGPT and Google can actually read on your site

AI assistants answer the questions your website should be answering. When they skip you, the reason is usually plain and technical: a crawler is blocked, the important text only appears after JavaScript runs, or your name, prices and services read differently from one page to the next.

Send us your domain. Our agents run the checks below, Haider Ali, our CEO, reviews every finding, and within two working days you get a one-page report: what works, what is missing, and the first three fixes in order. Free, and no call needed.

What we check

Eight checks, run against your homepage and the pages that sell: the same ones we run on every site we build.

1

AI crawler access

The robots.txt rules and firewall settings that decide whether GPTBot, OAI-SearchBot, ClaudeBot, PerplexityBot, Googlebot and Bingbot can fetch your pages. One Disallow line, or a "block AI bots" switch at your host, can hide a whole site.

2

The same page for every visitor

We fetch your key pages as a browser and as each crawler and compare what comes back, byte for byte. A challenge page or different content for bots is a problem either way.

3

Text without JavaScript

Most AI crawlers do not run JavaScript. We check that your services, prices, service area and contact details are in the HTML itself, not painted in later by scripts.

4

Structured data

Organization or LocalBusiness, Person, Service, Product, FAQ and breadcrumb markup: what is there, what is broken and what is missing, tested against the schema.org validator.

5

One consistent set of facts

Your name, service area, phone, prices and people, compared across your site, your Google Business Profile, LinkedIn and the directories that list you. Assistants hedge or skip a business when its sources disagree.

6

Indexing

Whether Google and Bing have your important pages indexed. Assistants that search the web lean on search indexes and their own crawlers, so a page that is not indexed is rarely the one they quote.

7

Answer-ready pages

Whether your pages answer what buyers ask before they choose (cost, timing, areas, how you compare) in plain sentences a model can quote, rather than slogans it cannot use.

8

A spot check in the assistants

We ask ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google three questions a customer of yours would ask, and note who gets named and which pages get cited. This part is done by hand.

What you get

A one-page report

What passes and what fails, with the evidence for each: the URL, the crawler and what it got back.

The first three fixes, in order

Ranked by impact, with who usually does each one: you, your developer or your host.

A straight answer on paid work

Whether you need help at all. Often the first fixes are small enough to do yourself, and the report says so.

We ran it on our own site first

On October 18, 2026 we fetched our technical SEO page as Chrome, GPTBot, OAI-SearchBot, ClaudeBot, PerplexityBot, Googlebot and Bingbot. All 7 got HTTP 200 and 70,658 bytes. Here is the short version of our own report.

CheckResultWhat we found
Crawler accessPassrobots.txt allows every crawler; all seven user agents got HTTP 200.
Same page for every visitorPassAll seven got 70,658 bytes. The only difference was a random code in the email links (below).
Structured dataPassService, FAQPage and BreadcrumbList on the page, Organization on the homepage.
Contact details in the HTMLFixedCloudflare's email obfuscation swapped our address for "[email protected]" in the text crawlers read; it survived only in the structured data. The same day we exempted our footer contact links, so every page now shows the address in plain text.

Questions

Is the audit really free?

Yes. It is how we show our work before anyone pays for anything. If the report says you need help, we will quote a fixed price. If you would rather fix it yourself or with your own developer, keep the report.

What do you need from me?

Your domain and an email address. We only look at what any visitor or crawler can see, so we need no logins and no access. If you later want indexing checked page by page, you can add us to Google Search Console, but that is optional.

Can you guarantee that ChatGPT will mention us?

No, and be careful with anyone who does. Nobody controls what an assistant says. What we can do is remove the technical reasons it might skip you, make your facts consistent everywhere, and measure the same questions before and after.

How is this different from an SEO audit?

An SEO audit asks whether Google can rank your pages. This asks whether AI crawlers can read them, and whether the facts on them are clear and consistent enough to quote. The two overlap, and the report covers both where they meet.

Do I need an llms.txt file?

It is optional. We note whether you have one, but it never makes the must-fix list: support for it varies between assistants, while crawler access, readable HTML and consistent facts matter to all of them.

How long does it take?

You get the report within two working days of sending your domain. Haider replies to every request within 24 hours, so you will know it has landed.

What happens to my details?

We use your email to send the report and to reply to you. No newsletter, and we never sell or share it. The privacy policy has the details.
