The challenge
Photographers are judged almost entirely on how their images look online, so a slow site or cluttered layout undercuts the work before anyone reads a word. Couples also need to quickly gauge style, availability, and turnaround before reaching out.
What we built
We built a gallery-first site that keeps the photography large and unobstructed, with type and spacing that stay out of the way. The copy leads with the photographer's actual process, natural light, unhurried direction, ten-day delivery, rather than generic sales language. It's a static Next.js build deployed on Vercel, so images load fast and the site holds up under portfolio-heavy traffic.
