A free neon color jump game
Glow Hop is a one-tap arcade game made of light. Your ball hops up through rings, crosses, bars and spinning shapes that glow in four colors, and it can only pass through the parts that match its own color. Touch any other color and the run ends in a shower of sparks.
Runs last seconds, the next try is one tap away, and every obstacle you clear splashes paint across the night sky behind you. It plays in your browser on a phone, tablet or computer, with no download and no account.
How to play Glow Hop
Tap to hop
Tap, click or press Space. Each tap sends the ball up and gravity pulls it back down. Fall off the bottom and the run is over.Match your color

Fever, close calls and a Daily Run
Fever mode
Clear obstacles quickly to fill the bar under your score. When it is full you hit Fever: your ball turns rainbow, passes every color and stars count double.
Close calls
Slip past a wrong color by a hair and you get CLOSE! and a bonus point. The braver you are, the faster Fever comes.
Shields
Grab a glowing bubble and it will save you from one wrong-color hit.
Daily Run
Everyone gets the same course each day. Play every day to build a streak and earn bonus stars.
Missions and levels
Three missions at a time and a level bar always give you something new to chase.
Skins and themes
Eight balls, from Comet and Pixel to Phantom and Prism, and four color themes. Themes unlock at 25, 50 and 100 points.
Tips for a higher score
- Wait inside the rings. Hover in the middle with small, steady taps until your color comes around to the top, then go.
- Keep a rhythm. A steady beat of taps holds the ball in place, so you can wait as long as you need.
- Watch one full turn before you commit to a new kind of obstacle.
- Look ahead: the next obstacle always has your new color in it, so plan your way through while you climb.
- If two colors look alike to you, switch on color-blind patterns in Settings.

Is Glow Hop free?
Yes. Glow Hop is free to play in your browser. There is no download, no account and nothing to buy: stars are earned by playing.
Does Glow Hop work on phones?
Yes. It is made for one-thumb play on phones and works in Safari and Chrome on iPhone and Android, as well as on tablets and computers.
What are the controls?
Tap or click anywhere on the game, or press Space, W or the Up arrow, to hop. Press P or Esc to pause.
How is Glow Hop different from other color switch games?
It adds Fever mode, close-call bonuses, shields, a Daily Run with streaks, missions, levels, eight ball skins, four themes and a color-blind mode, all drawn as glowing neon with real bloom.
What is the Daily Run?
A course that is the same for every player on a given day, so you can compare scores with friends. Your first Daily Run each day adds to your streak and pays bonus stars.
Can I play if I am color-blind?
Yes. Turn on color-blind patterns in Settings and every color gets its own texture (solid, stripes, dots or grid), on the ball too.
Is my progress saved?
Your best score, stars, skins and streak are saved in this browser on this device. Clearing your browsing data resets them.
Can I play offline?
Once the page has loaded, Glow Hop keeps working without a connection on most browsers.
